MEET OUR TEAM

CONNIE

Connie was born and raised in South Jersey. She attended Camden County Technical Institute where she earned her CDA and RDA licenses. She has been working in the orthodontic field for 18 years. 'Being a part of the Segal and Iyer family for the past few years has been amazing'.

Connie has two beautiful children, Domenick and Gina. They love spending time outdoors, especially on the beach.

TRISH

Trish was born in Southern California, but moved to Lancaster Co. Pennsylvania with her mom and stepdad when she was young. She earned a degree in Psychology from Penn State University. She's been a treatment coordinator for Segal and Iyer Orthodontics since December of 2009. 'It's been one of the most rewarding jobs I've ever had. We truly are like a family. It's refreshing to see people with such amazing values, and who genuinely care for each other and our patients. 'I love coming to work and I look forward to helping people smile for a long time to come.'

Trish and her husband Todd have been married for 20 years. They reside in Marlton with their two boys, Logan and Nathan, both Cherokee high school students and love playing baseball. Trish loves family activies like going to the beach, baseball games, skiing, camping, seeing concerts and shows, and family vacations. Trish is thankful every day for 'my amazing husband, boys, family and friends and the best job ever.'

VALERIE

Hi my name is Valerie and I was born and raised in South Jersey. I am the wife of Tom, and the mother of Skylar and Brodie. They are my pride and joy. Our family favorite times are spending it outdoors, kayaking, fishing, and going to Brigantine Cove, and on road trips. I have been in dentistry since 1997, and I am a graduate of Camden County.

BONNIE

Bonnie was born in New Delhi, India and currently lives in Cherry Hill, NJ. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Marketing. Bonnie and her husband Steve have been married for 24 years and have 2 children, Manisha, and Tyler.

Bonnie started as a patient at Segal and lyer and has now become a part of their team as an Insurance Coordinator. She loves coming to work and truly feels like a part of their family. Bonnie loves to cook, go on walks, watch movies and spend time with her friends and family.

ROZ

Roz is our scheduling coordinator and has been working here since 2014. She resides in Bellmawr, NJ and has been married to Bobby for 12 years. Roz has 4 amazing children: Bobby, Debra, Michael and Jackson. She attended Triton High school and continued on to Camden County College. In 2001 Roz completed the Dental Assisting Program RDA and CDA.

Roz enjoys spending time with her family at the Jersey Shore. Going to dinner with Bobby and watching her children play sports adds excitement to her life. At the end of her day she sips on a glass of wine and relaxes with her dog Charlie.

Scheduling Coordinator

APRIL

April grew up and currently lives in South Jersey. She graduated from Camden County College, Dental Assistants Program where she earned her CDA and RDA licenses. She has been working in the orthodontic field for the past 16 years. She loves seeing the end result for all patients, and also enjoys being part of what she calls an 'outstanding, charismatic office.'

April has two children, Lexi and Logan. Some of her hobbies include going to the beach, outdoor sports, and baking. She is an avid animal lover and enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her dog Storm.

CDA, RDA - Clinic Manager / Orthodontic Technician

SHIRLEY

Shirley was born and raised in Magnolia, NJ. She graduated from Sterling High School and then attended the dental assisting program at Camden County Technical School. She received her degree and immediately starting working in the orthodontic field. She has been working in orthodontics for over 33 years and thoroughly enjoys all aspects of it. She especially enjoys being a part of creating beautiful smiles.

Her husband's name is Tom and they have a 17 year old daughter named Brooke. They have been married for 27 years and live in Erial, NJ. Shirley enjoys doing home improvement projects, going to the shore, taking long drives and spending time with family and friends.

NANCY

A native of Barrington, NJ, Nancy earned her dental assisting certificate from Camden County College’s Career and Technical Institute. She joined Segal and Iyer in 2014 and quickly earned a reputation as a hard worker highly skilled technician and perfectionist. “I enjoy being part of a team that is professional and disciplined, that gets the job done and has fun in the process.”

Nancy is almost always working, but when time and weather allows she enjoys spending time at the beach.

ORTHODONTIC TECHNICIAN

HEATHER

Heather grew up in Delanco NJ and currently lives in West Deptford with her husband Christopher and two sons, Rocco and Ryan. She graduated from Camden County College with an Associate degree in Dental Assisting, then earned her RDA and CDA.

Heather is a board member of the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family in the Poconos and in North Wildwood. She also stays busy watching her boys play baseball, wrestle, and play hockey.

SYDNEY

Sydney joined Segal and Iyer in 2016. Although it was her first time working in the healthcare field, she quickly became comfortable in her role. “The transition was easy because the staff here is so supportive; they are like my second family.” She is considering going back to school for a dental hygiene certificate.

When Sydney’s not working – she is almost always working – she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also likes hanging out with Miley, her Australian Shepard who she notes “…is always up in my personal space”.

Sydney loves Philly sports teams. When time permits she enjoys going to Flyer’s games with her 3 older brothers.
